Business Solutions Architect (return to top)
POSITION SUMMARY
  • Working with customers, consultants, sales, development and others to define and prioritize potential new features and functions and defining them in detail within business requirements definitions
  • Communicate effectively and build a strong working relationship with customers
  • Plans, conducts, and directs analysis of complex business problems in relation to specific customer needs
  • Systems project leader, working with cross-functional teams to address and analyze business and systems issues, along with other development aspects of the project - interfaces, integration, and data conversion
  • Conduct in depth analysis of systems and integration points, ensuring complete and comprehensive design specifications
  • Creates specifications for our systems to meet business requirements, while ensuring the integrity of the technical design process
  • Create and communicate a product vision internally and with customers
  • Interface with IT cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Provide content support to Product Marketing and Documentation
  • Plans and assists with execution of integration and acceptance testing
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • A minimum of five years practical and/or software application experience in Supply Chain, ERP, and/or PLM for the CPG/Process industries
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with the technical and business community at all levels
  • Experience gathering, writing and communicating software requirements
  • Understanding of the software development process
  • Proven history of relationships with customers, partners, development, marketing
  • B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

Senior Software Developer / Architect (return to top)
POSITION SUMMARY
  • Working with business solution architects, customer service managers, product managers and others to understand business requirements and design and deliver enterprise applications to address the specific need
  • Communicate effectively and build a strong working relationship with related parties
  • Work independently and pro-actively to help make better design decisions in the Prodika product suite
  • Conduct in depth analysis of systems and integration points, ensuring complete and comprehensive design specifications
  • Participate and drive the deployment process of Prodika application suite for clients and internal testing on an on-going basis
  • Mentor junior development staff when the need arises and clarify decisions made during the design phase of the project
  • Work with the development manager to develop a time line for product/feature delivery
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Experience in developing large scale multilingual Enterprise Software.
  • Deep understanding of various web technologies.
  • In depth knowledge of databases and their internals.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Strong experience with Object to Relational mapping technology.
  • Very strong problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of sorting/searching algorithms and data structures.
  • Very strong Object Oriented Implementation and Design skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently and with no guidance.
  • Ability to mentor other junior developers in the organization.
  • Conviction with your design and ability to differentiate and describe the differences between various design approaches.
  • Some experience in deploying software applications.
  • 5 to 9 years of prior work experience in developing software applications.
  • 3 to 4 years of prior work experience in developing enterprise software.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Consulting Team Lead (return to top)
POSITION SUMMARY
Has overall responsibility for the successful management of implementation. Responsible for identifying required resources and project scheduling. Manages project risks. Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance project team. Strong CPG industry and technology background. Previous large-scale enterprise software project management experience is required.
  • Provides overall leadership of consultant and/or customer teams on a project
  • Determines project scope and develops project plan, defining/documenting resources, skill requirements, project plan, milestones and metrics per Prodika's standard methods and practices
  • Monitors project status; anticipates problems and resolves them or escalates them to appropriate level of management for resolution in order to ensure project completion is within budget, of the highest quality, on schedule, and has met or exceeded customer expectations
  • Delivers projects utilizing project planning methodologies, tools and standards, and provides ideas and strategies for improvements
  • Participates in RFP responses and develops consulting estimates. Provides expertise to assist in the planning and execution of proposals
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with the customer's management and project teams. Works with colleagues, customers, and other resources in a collaborative manner to reach decisions and solve problems
  • Provides leadership in developing skills and breadth of knowledge of project team members. Acts as a mentor to team members
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • 5 or more years of application software implementation experience
  • 5 or more years of CPG industry management experience
  • 1-5 years experience as a project manager with plan, resource and issue/change management responsibilities
  • Prior experience as part of a program management team (lead role with plan, resource and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation
  • Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed customer expectations and incorporate customer service into all aspects of the work plan
  • Has a strong understanding of technical, cost, risk and business implications of potential decisions on other projects and client needs and incorporates these into recommendations
  • Effectively leads project teams to successful completion of project, encouraging collaboration, promoting the flow of information among all participants, and providing clear direction on how to meet project goals
  • Excellent time management skills; organizes time effectively and determines the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments
  • Develops working relationships with clients and individuals in other business units by understanding their perspectives and issues
  • Works with minimal direction but promotes an open flow of information so that all concerned are well informed
  • Writes documentation and complex reports in a clear and concise manner and presents information in a well-organized, clear and efficient manner
  • B.A. / B.S. in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Customer Care Consultant (return to top)
POSITION SUMMARY
  • Review and discuss the Active Cases Status Report with assigned customers. Follow-up on any customer questions or concerns. Follow up with Account Executives on assigned issues, cases, and incidents
  • Coach customer on `best practices' as it relates to working with Prodika applications. Train customer to take advantage of escalation processes. If necessary, assist customers in developing business cases to support their requested case priority
  • When required, use defined processes to follow up on identified critical issues. Use agreed upon escalation process to contact appropriate people within each group. Provide status of these identified critical cases to the customer
  • Contribute to process improvements
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Experience providing project-level customer service is required
  • Software implementation experience (preferably 2-3 years) is desired
  • Secondary Language a plus
  • B.A./B.S. preferred or equivalent business experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to negotiate utilizing a service perspective
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and teams
  • Aptitude for analytical and problem solving
  • Strong customer relation management skills
  • Ability to develop a breadth of knowledge across all Prodika product and service offerings
