Bernard Goor Joins Prodika as Vice President of Client Services
PLM Solutions Provider Appoints Former i2 and PepsiCo Vice President to Lead Prodika's Client Services

Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas - January 5, 2004 — Prodika Inc., a leading provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions to the consumer goods industry, today named Bernard Goor as Vice President of Client Services. Mr. Goor brings 10 years of retail and consumer goods domain expertise and technology experience with companies such as i2 Technologies, Nine West Group, and PepsiCo. In his new position, Bernard will oversee Prodika's client services activities, including program management, business consulting, and professional services.

Mr. Goor joins Prodika from i2 where he served as Vice President, Retail and Consumer Goods. While at i2, Mr. Goor was instrumental in building the retail and consumer goods business since joining the company in 2000. His primary responsibilities included the management of business consulting services, industry strategies, marketing programs, and industry solutions. Mr. Goor joined i2 from Nine West Group (now a division of Jones Apparel Group) where he served as Senior Vice President of International Operations. While at Nine West, he was responsible for the operations, sourcing, merchandising, marketing and store planning functions for the international retail operations, as well as support for the international wholesale and licensing accounts. Prior to Nine West, Mr. Goor served as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Global Quality at PepsiCo Restaurants (now Yum Brands). In this role, he contributed to building the global sourcing and supply chain management practice across brands, resulting in significant global savings and quality improvements.

Mr. Goor first began working with Prodika as a customer while at PepsiCo in 1994, later serving as an executive advisor to the organization. Mr. Goor received his bachelor's degree in management and administration and his master's of business administration from the University of Louvain, Belgium. He also received his executive master's of business administration from the University of Texas, Dallas.
